Step 2: Install
We will confirm a convenient installation appointment with you. We work around you’re busy schedule so whether or not your home, we will bring the product you desire. Our expert installation teams install your lights, garland, wreaths, décor’, etc. With Santa’s Helpers, satisfaction is guaranteed; we will always work with your suggestions to make everything perfect!
Step 3: Service Calls
All holiday decorations need to be maintained due to the weather elements they are exposed to. We will be out to fix, service or replace any decoration that warrants it. Attention to detail is what we focus on.
Step 4: Take Down
Not only will we take down what we put up, we pack all material in Holiday bins so we can reuse it the following year. Take down will vary based on weather conditions in your area. We ensure the takedown process is safe for your home and our employees. When the snow melts, if any clips or debris is left behind, a simple call notifying us and our crew will be out to complete the cleanup.
Step 5: Storage
When the season is over, your Santa’s Helpers experience still doesn’t end! Don’t dig into your attic or high garage shelving to find a place for all that decor to sit for an entire year! We will take any lights, supplies and decor you purchased from us and store it for you in our temperature controlled warehouse. Don’t forget, when next year comes, a simple call to us to confirm your ‘IN’ and you secure your installation as simple as that!
